Why PS3 Is Better Than 360

360 for me just becuse all the mates have them .

 

im going for the wii

PC #1 Xbox #2 Ps3 #3. We got a Wii for Christmas last year and It's been used a maximum of 5 hours...

 

I don't know but I like PS3. That's great games.

 

I have a PS3, Wii, and 360. Honeslty, we all have our opinions, neither console is the best.

Yes, PS3 has better this and that, as does 360 better this and that.

All in all, the consoles are, in the long run, equal when it comes to things.

I use my Wii and 360 AND PS3 just as much as the other.

Just accept that we all like different things and have our own opinions.

Stop arguing over stupid stuff.

 

xbox is better because of the controller haha. and ofcourse xbox is better for other things but i like the controller so much more the thumbsticks on ps3 are weird. like i cant even play with it

May be you have just come home after a busy day in office, or you have come after tough session with your books in the University. The best way to start your evening is, to throw books or the executive bag on the table and toss that disc into the ps3 console and give it a go. I am sure your tea will get cold, but you never bother until your game is over. The new ps3 games are so interesting, not only kids but even for young adults it gives good entertainment.

 

ps3 = hardware

xbox 360 = online service.

Agree, N64 was probably the best console ever released.

 

I found the PS's online service better then xbox's, and it is even free.

IMO SNES was the best console ever made.

 

bla bla bla.... no game on 360 has a game that remotely rivals Warhawk the miost versatile war game ever made to this day.. and have you see the latest gt5 trailers.. the most graphically enhanced game ever made in every genre blows crysis immediately away and anythign the xbox has to offer oh and i bet you all that gt5 outsells forza 3 on its first day of sales alone easily

 

From a technical point of view, the PS3 is a better system.

Reasons being:

1. Solder joints under the CPU/GPU are stronger, therefore less chance of failure, which is commonly seen in the Xbox 360 as game freezing and 3 red lights, with a variety of different secondary error codes.

2. Microsoft failed with the Xbox 360 X-clamps which basically hold down the heatsinks on the CPU and GPU. It is also supposed to keep these firmly held down, putting a decent amount of pressure on the chip. Over time, the a clamps get weak and loose its ability to hold the heatsinks firmly on the chips, which in turn, causes game freezing, and can also lead to further errors.

Other things that make the PS3 better:

1. Blu-ray player.
2. Free online.


From a gameplay standpoint, however, the Xbox 360 is much better. This is 100% opinion.

1. Xbox 360 controller is far more comfortable than the PS3 controller.
2. Everything else, such as graphics, online chat, etc is purely opinion.

Other things that make the Xbox 360 better than the PS3 are:

1. Removable hard drive which you can use on a friends xbox, therefore, you do not need to take the whole console when you go to a friends place.

2. Xbox 360 exploits, this may be viewed as good or bad, depending on who votes, be it the 100% legit player, or the person with a jtag hosting lobbies.

So, as it stands, the Xbox 360 vs. Playstation 3 controversy is all about personal preference.

these people need an education... xbox still breaks more then the first ps3.. losers.... and after all this time for revisions microsoft still hasnt learned.. hardware is not their deal...
