I will do this on an account with 9 HP.
I will NOT do any methods that will get my levels.
I am only looking to make some money on the account.

Edit: i do not want to gain any exp at all while doing this.

 

There are many option to make money. Collecting wines of zamorak, collecting potato cactus, using muddy keys, picking snape grass, and blue dragonhide scales.

 

Make planks.

 

How much starting cash does the account have? You could always merchant, but you need some money to start of course.

 

do you mean you don't want combat xp or any xp at all? if your just trying to avoid combat xp you can always theive or farm herbs. another thing you can do is go to the ogres by castle wars and find someone who is just killing them and leaving the bones. pick them up and bank them

 

You could probably plank or tan I guess.
There really isn't anything else that could make a lot of cash.

 

You could do

-planking
-tanning
-farming
-collect items

 

Pick flax until about 200-300k (if you don't have that much already) then make oak planks.

 

Try decanting pots if you haven't heard of it. If you choose the right potion, you can make upwards of 1.5-2.5Mil/hour.

 

Filling vials with water.

 

Vials of water doubles your money and tanning. These two make good profit when you have basically no money.

ok here we go, PICK FLAX or toads or swamp tar,read on, pick flax etc etc until you have around 2 mil or so, then join a GOOD F2P Merching Clan or do a solo merch. Untill you have around 10 mil. THEN join a P2P merching clan. I hear sythe has a good merching clan.

 

Lol sythes clan failed after a few days and the leader (Farcast) has not given us the permission to dump...
while early dumping results in a Perm ban at sythe....

 

Erm, ranarr spawns, whiteberry spawn, flax running.. ETc and stuff like that.

 

Make planks, made quite much of it.

 

Picking up monk robes in the monastery or crushing chocolate or goat/unicorn horns into dust.
