Innkeeper

I recently bought an account off Innkeeper. The account was decent, I paid $20.00 USD via Paypal for the account. A couple days passed with the account and I went to login one evening, to find the account had been perm banned. Innkeeper broke the rules by not telling me that there were recent blackmarks on the account, and I did not even bot or make any offences while in possession of this account. Innkeeper talked to me earlier today, I asked for a refund and threatened if he did not refund I would post this thread and inform Skele_Master/Finn/Staff. To that he said : "I was going to refund you but I'm not now because you're threatening me." Then blocked me on MSN and shutout further contact.

I have PM'd the user regarding this, and if he does not respond/refund within 24 hours then he will be banned.

His reasoning is fair- would you mind posting an UNCROPPED image of your offenses on the banned account (nothing blocked out either)?

Happened just after buying the account.

Also he never informed me about there being a blackmark on the account for use of Macro. He neglected to add it in his post, which is against sticky rules, and he neglected to tell the buyer.

After reviewing this further, I don't believe you are entitled to a refund of any sorts. A Manual ban is given IN-GAME by hand from a Player Moderator themselves - so it's not from a build-up of any previous offenses, it's from the activity that you were doing at that exact time - so I doubt you are as innocent as you say you are (highly likely you were macroing).
Whilst the seller did not inform you about the one previous offense, you did scope out the account at the time of sale and deemed it to be all in good shape.
