When would jagex IP ban?

They never ever IP ban. Although they might IP ban the IP's of gold farmers from websites from gold4rs.

 

Couldn't you just use a proxy anyway? Like maybe get your friend to set up a proxy at his house and use that?

 

Most likely they wont IP ban you cuz they prolly know that you'll make more accounts and get mems to bot/play legit, thereby making them cash

 

It costs them a lot more than $6 per person per sever per month but you combine all those and you can shave off a little of the cost making it about worth it, then with the ads they make a fuckton of money.

 

yeah they probs only ip bann for severe bug abuse.

 

You are wrong. Sometime in August, Jagex changed their Ban Policy to immediate permanent bans for macroing.
Also, a permanent ban doesn't last 1 year. I've had 2 years + so far on an account that has been perm'ed for macroing.

 

I think they Rarely Ip Ban but Im not sure .
