Re-selling guide?

I was wondering if a person on sythe is selling a guide and for some odd reason he/she gets banned from sythe. Can I then sell his guide?

Also, make sure that person didn't get banned because of the guide in the first place .

 

The person was ban evading. Also, i did not buy the guide from him, i figured it out myself and he happened to be selling it.

Once a guide has been sold, and they're is a seller; no one else is allowed to sell it.
If it's a guide with the same method, the thread will simply be locked.
If it's a guide that's word for word with another, the user will be banned for attempting to re-sell guides. (I'm not sure if this is permanent, or not)

If they're is no current market for the guide, and it's not leaked; you shouldn't have a problem.
