Some Strange Things Happening While Botting

On two seperate instances today, I have seen private message-like text appear in my chat. The first time it was random letters, symbols, and numbers, so it wasn't any normal-player's username.

The second time, it appeared to be from a user without a username. The "person" said "Cabbage"


Anyone know what is happening? First time it happened was this morning -- I figured it was a glitch, but the second time was a few minutes ago, and the word "Cabbage" has me somewhat concerned...

It's likely 2 people happened to decide to fuck with you on the same day, what clan chat were you in? That's clearly clan chat.

when a runescape player quits, it is said their soul still roams around runescape, saying random words...

 

Lol, when botting agility when I was just watching the bot one person was saying random characters like: gjgj58#859% and another kept on saying "poo" Not spamming it, and the poo guy also said things like Mummy and cook.

Ahh well, Rspians seem weirder and weirder everyday.

 

If you put 'cabbage' into your notes, It comes up something, But i forget what.
The 'cabbage' has been had different models 4 different times.
It is gower's favourite..item in runescape I'd say.
Maybe Andrew is trying to tell you something?

Well, some people just put an auto talker on with their bot, and they put random words into their talker Lol thinking it will help them not get banned. Like lol etc etc.

But no, it wasn't a clan chat.

Also, I was muted on my level 3 bot, but the username is pretty difficult to report. I'm certain a pmod or worse, jmod, right-click>muted me... which means they could probably have right-click>"reported-for-macro'd" me.

Mmm, the 1st looks like a hacked name :/.

 

It may not have been a Clan Chat message if private chat wasn't set to be split.

I'm not sure why that happened, maybe a JMod messaged you a couple times to see what your response would be?

EDIT: The first picture says "To <name>:". I'm not sure how, but it looks like your bot sent a message to a nickname that couldn't exist.

Its clearly NOT a Clan Chat, as thats what Private chat looks like, when its not Split.

 

I'm just gonna ease up on the botting for a few weeks... see if a ban rolls in or not. Both those accounts have 99 woodcutting =)

It has happened once again.

I started botting mining and about 10 minutes into it, the strange chat happened a 3rd time

 

I don't know whats up. My bot has never done that. I would suggest going to Rsbots.net and posting the complaint in the child section forums under your bot. Hopefully they will patch up the problem.
