I'm just Explaining this, Tanks can mean alot of things "Range tank" for one is High Defence High range, Also mage Tanks High Defence High Magic. What it basicly is, is an account with High defence and a High Hitting stat such as a Obby Tank 1 Attack 99 str 99 defence or Range tank 99 defence 99 range, Magic Tank 99 defence 99 magic.
