5. Your Password Has Been Changed
6. You Try To Recover But It Doesnt Work Cuz He Got Proof Of Purchase
7. Then You're Scammed

Just stop buying cheap accounts with playtime and everything will be ok. If acc has been inactive for like 3 weeks - you are safe to buy it.
