ive had an account with 8 99's i have alot of experience in rs and have been on and off of rs since 2001..if thats not experienced enough for you idk what is..and it taeks a month if your trying to mine and make tons of money...i can just mine and get fast xp for you......2 weeks!! 2 and a half tops

i recently used lrc/kminer to get 99 mining on my main, i can do this for you but I can't take responsibility in the off chance that the account gets banned(fagex has begun cracking down recently)... if this is ok, let me know and I'd be happy to do it for you.
