Gold4rs Advert...

I just noticed the new gold4rs ad on sythe.

It says "Attend RuneFest and win 50M Free Gold from Gold4rs!"

I don't know if that makes any sense cause why would Gold4rs want you to attend a real life runescape festival....

From what I know Jagex are selling the tickets for $$$, so if in some way Jagex has teamed up with Gold4rs to advertise their RuneFest (which is coming up very soon) to sell more tickets...

I wouldn't see any other reason why Gold4rs would actually care about RuneFest unless they're getting something out of it ... >.>

Looks a bit fishy on my behalf, what's your take on it guys?

 

I doubt Jagex is teaming up with Gold4rs on just the base of advertising. Gold4rs has caused a LOT of distress and chaos to mods and people who actually play legit. I would imagine Jagex doing nothing more than to abolish Gold4rs.

 

Also the tickets to Runefest, after some controversy, are actually free and those who paid have been refunded.

 

Wouldn't make any sense unless Jagex just wants more people to go to RuneFest by advertising through a well known gold site....

I don't know its just my opinion... :S

 

They are not advertising through gold4rs and why would they be when there are no tickets left? Gold4rs just want footage of the event I believe, they have nothing to do with Jagex and Jagex would never have an advertising deal with a company that breaks the rules completely and only exists because it breaks them.

 

Jagex doesent even sell tickets anymore...
