My msn

Well every time I add somebody or they add me about 30seconds after that my msn will block them. Is there anything I can do to stop it?

 

I believe this might happen when you have gone through your contact list and found people you do not need, and deleted them,when you deleted a contact it will say 'also remove this contact from your list, and also block this contact'.
You have checked these boxes and clicked delete contact.

You have added this person before, never seen them online, so you have deleted them then blocked them.
