    proof of acount wealth before i logged off for the night, blurred out the bank items.

    there solution is to give me an account of the value of the account i purchased and lose the other account with the 6.8b on it. So when they get it back they get the wealth.

    NOthing but issues from these guys this is not the first account issues ive had before with people recovering accounts and wiping everything off it, this instance is prolyl due to ip address change and what not, but losing an account and the 1500$ worth of gp is crazy to let them get away with.

    Yes, because of a couple reasons. The person your reporting has no idea what evidence you're providing to us(could be fake, truth, idk), and the public deserve to know how the company is treating others + we don't allow private reports. What i'm seeing here is a private report with 100 pictures in a post report that only I can see

    I understand where your coming from but Sythe has never really held a party accountable for wealth loss in these type of situations. You were gambling on an account that you just recently purchased and put an large amount of wealth on it, you have video recordings of you gambling and logging off for the night with the wealth according to your videos. Though it's super hard to claim that the other party is responsible because the wealth could have been removed at any time. I'm sorry for your loss and I know this isn't what you want to hear but if we were to enforce another company to repay lost gp funds due to a locked/lost account it could/would be abused to the extreme. @Grendmas RS please work with the customer to rf the account/ exchange in accordance with your warranty procedures

    I can understand where it comes from when people lose the gp, but when its on the account its different, im more than happy to exchange the account but when the account is avail i do want my gp back from the account.

    So let me get this straight? its okay for a user on here to have all these accounts, and when an account gets locked, they dont have to provide anything with the new account and they get to take the wealth off the old account when they recover it?

    No one forced you to buy the account, you went to them looking for an account, the TOS is visible for you to read, you agreed to the contract and terms. I understand it's a shitty situation. But you received an account and transferred a large amount of wealth and you got it locked. They attempted to unlock it without success, as they claim, and are offering you another account/refund. Lastly, they are DNT here on Sythe for a reason.
