    hey guys, my wifi connection is broadcasting but internet explorer and mozilla firefox dont work? but aol works when i sign on aol. someone please help?

    Yes, what happens when you visit a website? Does it show some other odd website when you try to visit the website you want? Or does it not show any connection what so ever? Also, how are you posting this? I also think you might have a rootkit, scan your system with Malwarebytes.

    oh um, wifi is broadcasting. it says internet explorer cannot display the webpage. and aol works when i sign in on it, but internet explorer or mozilla dont work.

    Download and install malwarebytes from the link below:
    http://www.malwarebytes.org/

    Run the program and check for any infections (copy the log at the end onto here)

    Is anything else able to access the internet?

    Say if you opened up your cmd console and pinged www.google.com does it return packets?
