I take great offense to that. I point to deacon and shakaka as intelligent spamfag examples.

    So

Touché, although the term "Staff" can be interpreted as staff as a whole, rather than one member.

You don't seem to be any more intelligent, it's only a crime if they actually kill themselves, the charge would be an accomplice to murder. If the person wants to they could get you for verbal abuse, but it would be up to a jury to decide the punishment, and it would have to be entirely situational. There is no law that states "if you tell someone to kill themselves, we're charging you."

You have no idea what you're talking about. You act like the government as a body who all has the same agenda, opinions, and grant us rights as a privilege not a right. In case you haven't heard, there are three different governerning body's who all have to go through checks and balances before any decision is made. So when you say "the government [can take away your rights anytime they want]", you're wrong. It would take a time of domestic war or national security for anything that drastic to occur.

    Opinion, gf.

True. I personally see both sides of the argument. I think Justin should be temped, not permed, since he didnt really break a rule that merits a perm.

on the other hand, I see why Finn has justified the perm, and it is logical. He was given a fair warning. : /

Yes, it is against the law to encourage someone to kill themselves. It's called assisting suicide. Also you can be charged even if they don't kill themselves and you don't report it.

Don't try to sound intelligent if you are not.

    So

Sometimes people will disagree. It was an administrative decision. Also, if you observe the dispute again, Finn consulted Sythe beforehand who agreed with his decision.

It was more of a 'okay, that's it, no more of your bullshit' thing. The suicide comment, and resulting temp, was the straw that broke the theoretical camel's back.

    So

I have no idea where this quote came from, once again you are a blabbering idiot who wants to seem smart.

This is taken directly from http://www.house.gov/house/Constitution/Constitution.html

    in other words...
Also, @shakaka, if Sythe says ban him, great. I'm not disputing Sythe as, like you said, owns the site. I'm arguing about Finn's decision only.
