WoW Account Locked.

Well I recently sold my account and then was scammed. I called today and I got it back but it's locked. I wasn't really sure of that until I got off the phone. Now I have send in my id and etc.. Is there anyway I could just call them back to unlock it? I'm away from my house for a couple days and no printer so.. Or could I just take a picture of the document and ID and upload it to my computer and email it to them? I have a good camera phone btw.

Yes, you can scan your ID and send them a copy of it. They can't request you to give them your ID, they wouldn't request that. They want a copy of your ID, not your ID itself.

And it'd be better if you coordinated with them on what you wanted to do, since we can't be sure of your entire situation. Call tech support, and discuss your options.

 

Yes I know, that's what I meant I have to scan my ID send it in. But no printer here. Could I just take pictures with my phone and email it.

Pictures would suffice, that's all a scan is. Make sure every detail is clearly visible in the picture, however, and send multiple pictures if necessary.

Er another question. For section E it asks for my signature and I don't have a printer. It does say in the instructions I can type it to fill out the form but nothing about section E.

It's cool I sent everything in. Hopefully it's good enough.. I found out my mom was a organ donor. ( Said Organ Donor on Drivers License.)

I sent mine today as well and i just printed out the battle.net info form filled it out, took a picture of it as well as the id and sent to them. Hopefully it will suffice. Though one note make sure the combination of the two pictures is under 3mb as i believe they send it back if it is not.
