everyone onieh is a scammer plz read

hello sythe today i was going to make a purchase for 23.95 cents to onieh for his d claw pure we were chating over via facebook he told me not to send it as a goods but i did anyways cause i had a feeling that their was going to be a problem better yet i sent the payment via paypal and he said "what ever man" and logged off i have put in a dispute for this money and have yet to recive it please ban him !! and he hasnt replied to email or issue an refund
