Link to/reason for TWC/DNT/Ban: [SOLVED] sk8ter107 - Bought account & after that refunded money.

Link to your vouches: Don't really have any cause I just got account back from being hacked after years of fighting for it.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: There was no refund/dispute issued on the transaction. Nowhere in my Paypal does it show a dispute even opened for this. The guy lied.

The account did get perm banned. I don't know how he knew that though because I changed the info so that's a bit shady. I never even got a chance to use the account but wrote it off as they botted ita nd was only $15. I don't understand how I get punished when nowhere in his post it shows a dispute is even opened. Also get banned for 3 months for it. If this gets resolved, I would like to report them for false claims.
