    I am eligible to use an AutoBumper since I've got 300$+ donated to the forum for the rank. And you got a reply one minute after complaining that you were not receiving service. And you made this report less than 2 minutes after my worker replied, without you even trying to recieve said service inbetween. I would think you only made this ticket in order to undermine competition. And all this within less than 32 minutes.
    Normally I handle the OSRS/RS3 sales but I was sleeping at the time, had to recover some energy from yesterday. I'll let staff decide how to handle this.

    We also reserve the right to decline service to anybody at any time for any reason according to the T.O.S. you agreed to before talking in the ticket. And as you can see my staff was available but decided not to reply to your request until you complained about the service. Since he usually doesn't handle these tickets. Thanks I'll wait for staff now before replying again.

    Hey good friends,

    I'll start off by addressing this comment here:
    You are indeed entitled to use the auto-bumper, as you have mentioned, but you must adhere to other rules on this platform, such as the bogus bumping rule, which I'll quote below:

    A trader must be ready straight after a bump, and it's clear by your staff response that after a period, it wasn't because you had no intentions of trading with him after you bumped. Therefore, I have given you an infraction, and locked the thread for 24 hours, and if you continue to do so, it will lead to further punishment as stated in the rule quoted above.
