IMPORTANT!
We can either get you 99 thieving on a new account (as long as you give it members) or on an existing account. There is no minimum starting level, and the time estimate will be roughly two weeks to get both 99 thieving and 60m!

The rules of trade are as follows:

• No swaps. All posts asking about swaps will be reported as spam.
• Do not spam about the thread prices.

• We do not go first. Unless your name is Finn, Pen, Mathew, or Ryan.

In the 20 accounts that Lucster have done, NONE have been banned. However, for our own purposes, we do not offer refunds or any sort of garauntee against this.
