I got this in another trade I did.

I was victim to a PayPal flaw today. I had sold something for 200 USD as a gift with the claim note saying he cant dispute because he already received. The person who bought the account from me went to the bank and had the transaction reversed claiming it was an un-authorized transaction. I contacted PayPal and they said there's no "seller protection" you will have to pay back the negative limit. PayPal is a big joke and you can always get your moneys back. DONT USE PAYPAL!
