Alright, would someone explain how this works please? Do we talk to a person in game for the xp multiplier?

And can we have more than one active xp multiplier at the same time?

Example: I get the mining, smithing, and mage xp multipliers and go mine and superheat the bars all in one run. do i get bonus xp for all 3?
