Raw Sharks - Good Investment or Not?

So... We all know double experience weekend is coming up. The only item that isn't bought out is raw sharks... Do you think I should buy some to invest with? I have around 500m+ cash to invest. I know cooking is an easy skill and many people may do it in double experience weekend. But double experience weekend wasn't announced in the Runescape front page yet, so I don't know if the noobs want to train cooking.

    Post your opinions :D

I think it's safe to say that raw sharks are going to be bought out in the near future (I actually find it hard to believe they aren't bought out right now) and with 500M to invest you could get a solo merch going on to an extent anyway. I'd go for it.

True, raw sharks are pretty low already themselves, and with botters getting banned and double experience weekend coming up, I'm assuming they will rise...

    Need more opinions please :D

Good investment idea, but also take in mind, there'll be more of a supply of them since more botters when term time starts.

    DeeDeeS- uhh thanks LOL.

Cookie- to rephrase what you said, you mean there's going to be more supply of sharks when school starts?

Guru- but sharks are basically at their all time low and started rising a bit after double experience weekend was announced, raws used to sell for like 1000-1300 gp.

I imagine they will get bought out then crash shortly before, as they did last time.

Any raw materials for skills are going to be a good merch. Key is to sell Tuesday/Wednesday the week of. Most people think that Thursday or Friday would make you the most. People will dump early to avoid being left out. I currently have a very large amount of grimy herbs I'm just waiting to dump.

OT: put your money into sharks if you want, but do be careful about it and dump early if you feel its right. [or if you wana be safe]

Definately buy as many as you can. Eventhiugh summoning exp was neflrfed, raw sharks can be made into bunyips as well as cooked. Another good item to buy are bars, they can be used for smithing and summoning.

Ye, I think they will rise but make sure you don't get caught with them at double xp weekend because alot of people will probs fish them which will bring back down price.

Haha made me laugh... Learn to spell, this isn't msn or texting

    Learn how to spell*

I'm sorry that the level of intellectuality which I exhibit is exponentially greater than the insignificant level of yours.

The mediocrity of your post astounds me. Your forum name is even more curious; "gimme" is not a word. I believe the correct term would be "give me" - however, you, I, and your mother know that that term is 'more often than not' proclaimed to be rude.

Therefore, I suggest you up your ante, "Gimme a Sec" - as with that type of attitude, I seriously doubt anyone would "give" you anything, but a good old slap upon thine face.

I'm sorry kind sir, but who the fuck was asking you?

Not to be a "slippery salmon" as some say, but my name resembles that of the RuneScape item "Dds".

I do not know what a Santee is, and I do not wish to - keep it to yourself, good "bro".

    Two posts up ^^
Made me laugh. I hope you are proud of yourself putting all of that effort into writing all of that. You can't exactly go from how you were speaking to that and expect people to believe that you didn't try to outsmart me and be a smart arse.

OT: I have found another item that is not bought out yet and will most likely rise more than sharks. Unfortunately I will not post here or anything but I'm sure if you look around you will find other items to but sharks will most likely make you money.

It seems I forgot to stress that it only took me a mere minute or so to type all of that.

I am 23 years of age and have a major in English Literature. May thine prosper in my steamy pile of shit, niglet.

    LOLOLOLOLOLOL

    U MAD BRO HAHAHA

Edit; approximately 23 minutes after response; Well dear Sythe users, this goes out to whoever read this small-scale argument -

It seems I have been victorious and verbally molested this poor soul, known as Gimme a Sec. It's almost as if the only thing that anyone gave him was a verbal beating; t'was quite well deserved. God forbid he come back and attempt to rebuttal my sound statements.

    Gwas, young chap.
