VpS Help!

Alright iv been botting on my 2g vps for about a week now
everything went fine, installed my bot and i ran it for quite a while... but now that i try to connect thru my VNC viewer i get this

and it says failed to connect: Connection refused (10061)
Help?

you have to sign in through the SSH and re-initiate the vncserver command.

Step-by-step (if you need it)
1. (re-)download PuTTy
2. Connect using the username: "root" and the password will be the password that you chose and recieved when buying your VPS package.
3. assuming you have already installed the vnc server and desktop to your VPS, just type the command "vncserver".
4. Connect as usual through your vnc viewer. Whether that be UltraVNC, MochaVNC or whatever.
