Banned For No Reason?

Hi.

I recently tried to recover an old account of mine called 'Cuz' by posting an appeal using a new account called 'Cuz123'. Cuz123 was consequently banned and no reason was given.

You can also see that I had a recovery thread in April too which had no replys.

Could someone please explain why the account was banned?
