    Scammer's profile link: RuneAce
    Amount scammed: 38000$
Discord ID + Unique Discord ID:
N/A Proof that it's their Discord:
N/A Explanation of the trade: See explanation below.
How they scammed: Please see below.
Other relevant trade screenshots: [redacted as it contains OP's email. Feel free to re-post the Album if you don't mind, or censor it. Staff can see it regardless]

Introduction: Greetings, fellow community members. I come forth today to share my deeply troubling experience with the online gambling platform, Runeace.com. My aim is to raise awareness and caution everyone against interacting with this website. My encounters with Runeace.com have raised concerns about its integrity, as I observed suspicious practices, unfair gameplay, and potential fraudulent activities. To substantiate my claims, I have gathered supporting screenshots as evidence. Furthermore, I am resolute in pursuing legal action against this website and reporting it to the appropriate authorities.

Details of My Experience: Inexplicable Losing Streak: In a mere two-hour span, I invested a significant sum of $18,000 in RS gold on Runeace.com. To my great dismay, I encountered a string of 18 consecutive losses in coinflip bets, which defies statistical likelihood. This has cast serious doubt on the fairness of the website's games.

Deceptive Chat Messages: During my gameplay, I noticed that the chat messages proclaimed my victories, yet my account did not reflect the winnings. This glaring discrepancy between chat messages and actual outcomes suggests possible manipulation of game results to mislead players.

Delayed Withdrawals and Inconsistent Gold Supply: When I attempted to withdraw my winnings after a successful round, Runeace.com requested an eight-hour wait, citing a shortage of available gold. However, just minutes prior, I had made multiple deposits with no issues. This inconsistency raises concerns about the website's financial stability and credibility.

Unjust Ban After Crypto Deposit: After depositing a significant 100 billion via cryptocurrency, I faced an abrupt ban from the website, with my support ticket closed without any explanation. Such an arbitrary action further supports suspicions of dishonest practices by Runeace.com, potentially exploiting users.

Conclusion: Given my distressing experience with Runeace.com, I earnestly urge the community to steer clear of this website. The consistent losses, misleading chat messages, delayed withdrawals, and unjustified bans are indicative of possible scam activities. I have included screenshots as evidence and will pursue legal action against Runeace.com. Additionally, I will report the website to the relevant authorities to safeguard others from falling victim to similar deceitful actions.

I don't want to get in trouble, but I did coding for RuneAce and would like to clarify some things. I also leave it for RuneAce owner himself to explain or fill in missing details from the information I will provide.

Also, why I am interested in this topic? I agreed with the RuneAce owner for a certain percent of future profits for all the dev work I did.

    The details I can provide:
    • The casino is not advertised anywhere and was not meant to be found
    • Author of this topic used a proxy (flagged as high risk) for all the deposits and registration (I will get to my point about why Ip is important further down the line)
    • Author was betting 1-5k USD per bet trying to hit it huge from one spin and practically burnt the balance in just few spins (<50 for sure)
    • Author isn't part of Sythe and is a complete newcomer (will explain why that's relevant and is part of why IP is important)
    • Delays for withdrawals, explanation is listed in Terms of the site under section 8 (Withdrawals), common practice, nothing new here
    • And who the heck comes to a new, nowhere published casino and just sunks 38k? ... unless that's an attempt to stain the new project before it even launched.
    • Fun fact IGN mentioned on all deposits doesn't even exist (I can provide info, this is also a funny detail when adding with proxied IP, gambling 38k on unknown/not launched casino, coming out of blue and betting huge with all deposit amount per bet)
From the info I have, the owner was dealing with a discord server for promo and cashiers function, THAT discord server is nowhere published on Sythe, they gain traffic from in-game spam, but they do have 15k discord users https://discord.gg/Jb5tJWv3 they have stolen graphics from real RS Hub, called themselves RS Hub.

So these guys were supposed to run ads for RuneAce and also do the cashier function. They were paid for the cashier's role one week upfront, too (790USD). Once this Highroller lost, they blocked the owner saying they won't deal with RuneAce due to some issues with partners, reputation, and so. They ofc forgot to payoff so-called winnings and payment for the cashier's role xD

My thinking is, that this gold selling server/cashiers were simply trying to rip off the casino before it even launched (by winning big, cashing out, and blocking) and when they failed to do so they simply blocked the casino owner scamming him for 790USD cashier payment. End of story.

Also, this is a casino, not a cash machine. It's not meant to be hit all the time. The fact you tried to cash out (and that was the winning amount, covering any deposit you made prior) and suddenly changed mind with 8hrs wait time just says that this was meant to be a quick scam.

However, it's only from what I heard and the RuneAce guy will have a better insight and will fill in all the details.

Edit. Sorry one more detail, the guy never deposits using crypto, all deposits using gold. He says 100b was in crypto, let him share the link to track the transaction. Kind of feels like attempt to avoid conversation about cashiers.

Edit edit. ban after deposit did actually happened, this is to prevent suspicious transaction over 25000 tokens (12.5k USD) , it says in message to contact support for suspicious activity. Once that was noticed person was unbanned and bug solved. He had 44k tokens 20k+ USD in balance. You wouldn't believe me what he did with that amount, he gambled it in few spins again and all that after this topic was created.

Edit edit edit. user used non existing email address and RuneAce tried reaching out to him about unban, wasn't possible since emails were bouncing back (can provide screenshot about emails sent)

Edit edit edit edit realization just hit me, this person always tried to deposit double the previous deposit and almost 90% of the time bet 100% of the deposit, meaning that if they hit win they would cash out a ridiculous amount. All this would be ideal for the cashiers who scammed RuneAce and aligns well with the whole start to finish.

Adding on to what our developer mentioned, I would like to address the scam that occurred involving our casino.

We were indeed scammed by these so-called "cashiers" who were responsible for running ads and handling transactions. We paid them in BTC, but they blocked us, removed us, and failed to fulfill their obligations. We agreed on a long-term deal, and we were going to pay them on a week to week basis. We are a brand new casino and trying to enter into market. This cashier service looked and felt promising. This unfortunate incident has led to this scam report against us, a good learning lesson, and sadly raised concerns about our integrity. We assure you that we take these matters seriously and will continue to look for staff to help us with our casino operations. If you have any further questions or need further proof, please feel free to reach out to us.

    Best regards,
    Owner of RuneAce

24 hours passed, very passive, supposedly scammed person. Considering the amount scammed. Can mods please look into this whole situation?

You RS HUB scammers guys won, tried to pull out a scam on us, eventually failed to win and withdraw a humongous amount, scammed us for 790USD paid in crypto for cashier services, and also did us reputational damage before we even opened. We got so many visits of people checking us out after this topic was created that now we are forced to disable bots in the next 24 hours, hire new cashiers, announce opening, start marketing, and start the operation.

Cashiers were well aware of our plans to advertise on Sythe, gl to us with all these fake reports still standing.

Sad, it's so easy to be dirtied by some scum. Considering the casino hasn't even started its marketing campaign, and we had to deal with all that, I can only say - a good start, half a job. (irony)

72 hours... Can mods please have a look? This does cost us a reputation and could result in a clingy launch.

I will also use this post to note that we are currently talking with three different groups of well-known members on Sythe about the cashier's position; making the last changes to the site will improve Fairness systems so it would be understandable even for toddlers, and within few days we will do the official opening (unless we will get scammed again).

I will also use this post for one more thing, oddly enough new random discord server added us, said they had seen these false threads, and they felt sorry for us, and so.

They offered us advertising, but things turned dark when I realized that guy wasn't even on Sythe, the discord channel is exactly the same type as other scammers have. They also offered cashier services or paid-upfront sponsorship. I realized that's the same scammer, just using a different account.

We have fallen victim to these guys, who most likely are basing their whole business and lives on scams. And luckily, we realize that this post is just fugazi to harm our reputation by the fictional player, depositing with a fictional Runescape account, fictional gold.

We will create a separate topic about them, reporting the scam and their ways of work so others would be aware, but all that after we launch.

    Hi gentlemen,

Mister 'Raizz', you are making a lot of points that require verification. For starters, was the deposit done through the website directly or via cashiers? Please substantiate your claim with evidence. What is your side of the story, @RuneAce?

Could you also be so kind as to post from your home IP, Raizz?

Lastly, I understand that you have done coding for RuneAce, @DannyMe, but unless you represent them, I advise that you refrain from further posting in their name.

Following up again here, thanks for looking into this Pres.. these guys are nonexistent and are off the map after scamming us. Blatantly trying to ruin rep, even with creating a separate account called with our name and no proof.

    - His deposits do not exist.
    - They have a nonexistent email account.
    - We have proof of Proxys.
    - We never had any funds in the 'cashiers' bank. We just launched, and they claim they have 38k?
    - Plus, we never received any payments from them - as this was the first day of work.

No response from 'Raizz', who also happens to be using a guest account. This has been open for long enough. Closing.
