60 is quite doable. Not in 10 hours, but ya you could get it during the weekend I believe.

 

While on the topic of 99 theiving, would it be possible to just pile up a LOAD of squirk juices and just hand em all in during double exp? or would it not get doubled lol

 

I don't think that would work. It only applies to normal xp gaining.
