Admins to become more involved in..

Resolving account issues.

I was sure I posted a thread attemting to recover my old Sythe account ages ago and when I looked I had. The thread had been archived with NO replys.

When I saw this I decided to look through the rest of the section and most of the threads are ignored for days/weeks/months.

I understand that admins have alot to do on the website but it looks as though those sections are overlooked.

 

Pen is usually the one that takes care of the Account Recovery section, but he's been on vacation this past week, but other than that, the admins do a pretty good job with that section.

 

I feel Pen does an excellent job in that section.
However, I agree that mods shouldn't just archive topics that haven't been resolved.

 

Just thought I'd use this as an example (so that my suggestion isn't completely irrelevant);

Most of the pages look like this. As you can see this dates back to July (0 replys).

 

lol admins do a shit ton of work with disputes and logistical issues. You just dont see it.

 

Most of those disputes were already looked at and deemed fake/reposts/vaders


Admints do their part

 

Quite a few look pretty legit and if most of them were fake/reposts/vaders then I'm sure the users created to post the threads would be banned .

Anyway, I'm not suggesting that the admins don't do anything, I know they do their jobs. I just think that the section gets overlooked more than others.
