Never hit a women and never plan on. Well not on purpose i mean, ive hit girls in clubs and things whilst dancing but thats because ive been flailing my arms like a retard.

Well it is illegal for a man to hit a women actually, but law does say that if a women hits a guy 3 times (real punches) the man is allowed to defend himself

 

If I ever saw a guy hit a woman, I'd knock him out seconds later.

 

If it's some small fragile women that's just kicking me and hitting me and flipping out no, I won't lay a finger on her, I'll just restrain her, if it's some big huge woolly mammoth looking thing, and its fucking punching me and hitting me extremely hard I'm gonna give her one good punch...But I will do everything in my power not to unless absolutely necessary

It's people like you that give females the idea that if they fuck with a guy hit him,spit on him,throw shit at him they don't deserve what is coming to them. Everyone should be equal right? I treat everyone the same regardless of gender women do not receive a free pass all they get is more tolerance. Secondly if he is hitting his wife/girlfriend it's really none of your business you should be a smart person and inform the proper authorities about it not be some fake super hero.

I think its ok depending on the situation.

 

I think we should all look at the evidence: In the movie "sleeping with the enemy" it is clearly seen that everything is going perfect and all right, until, she steps out of the kitchen and the husband takes out his pimp hand.

But naw i dont think its alright to, and i would try to avoid that situation under any circumstances.
Although a girl hit me in the face one time and as a natural reaction i knocked her in the face, i didnt mean to but im not gonna say what i did was "wrong" just not very chivalrous. probly why i spent night and day apologizing lol.
