Price check-Turmoil Zerk+ What should I do next on it

Hi my friend is selling me this cheap and I would like to price check it.
It has about a 20m bank

I plan to get around 50m before selling

Should I get 85 attack and sell or 99
And what should I do for 50m
Im thinking just brid it up in pvp

That being said, I would say around 200-250 or so for the account should be easy.

 

Shame I was hoping to get more for it as its perfect 45 defence quested etc

 

Same as above, and i think ur even possible to get like 350 if 99 att aswell

You should get 99 str AND 99 attack.
Merch to 50m or pk or drags or something.

An easy 350+ if the acc has everything a zerk needs such as: barrow gloves, toros, rune def, and the correct zerk quests done.
