nobody is going to gift that to you for $10 because you have to pay to gift and that would cost them way more than $10....

 

honestly ive been offered a steam gift of orange box for 10-15$ so yeah

Well if there is another way to gift it without having to spend money, then they would sell it. But, I don't know of any other method than buying it and then giving it to you, so it seems to be that the seller would be losing money.

 

They were using a stolen credit card and after the money was charged back by the actual owner your steam account would be banned.
