EasyGP requesting a pardon for Ban Evasion

I understand that there may be other accounts linked to EliteGP that are already banned, but I do not have access to them. The above is my only account & the others belonged to a previous owner (explanation below).
Report/post/reason that got you banned:
Ban Evasion - previous account for EliteGP was banned.
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
We are not aware of any victims and can't find a link to the reason for why EliteGP was banned originally. I have tried reaching out to 'Techie' for answers on this. We will happily repay any victims from EliteGP's prior ban, if that's what it takes - please just let us know who it was & what was owed, we will get it sorted very quickly for them.

I have small feet. No, in all seriousness, nothing - our full response is below.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I knew the original owner of EliteGP IRL, we were friends and both used to trade gold together some time ago. EliteGP had a discord server that was going well & appeared to have a lot of customers. Approximately 9 months ago, that owner decided they no longer wanted to trade gold anymore, as they focussed on their IRL work & some mental health challenges. I agreed to take over the server & have been trading with it since. Originally, I kept the server branding as Elite, as it was a well established brand in the community. However, I recently decided to rebrand to EasyGP & made the decision to join Sythe & become a donor.
I wasn't aware that EliteGP had been banned from Sythe some time ago & honestly didn't think to even look them up, as I had no problems using the brand over the past few months. It was only when it was flagged on here that I realised.
Firstly, I would like to apologise for any actions that have been conducted by our Server ownership previously. If there was foul play, we certainly do not condone it & are happy to repay any victims. We believe in fairness & transparency, so we're happy to right any wrongs.
Unfortunately, I am not aware of what the true reason was that EliteGP was banned in the first place - but if Sythe staff are able to tell me then I will clear any of their debts, so that we can move on from this.
It looks like this offence was some time ago, so I can wholeheartedly say the Server & it's community have changed & moved forward.
The EliteGP Sythe account would also never be active again, as he has well & truly moved on IRL.
Again, I would like to apologise for any confusion - it was never my intention to mislead & I understand why the ban was put in place. We are happy to clear any owed debts, so that all parties can be happy & we can progress in the Sythe community.

I have reached out and spoken to the original owner about this, to try and get some more clarity about what happened. You can see those messages below:

It looks like they had a sponsorship in the server previously, which was cut short due to a potential issue on their site. I am not in the business of taking sides for things I don't know much about, so I would rather just clear the debt to them that they feel they're owed and move on. I am happy to propose the following solutions;

1) I will pay Runestake 150m (or if the exact amount is known I am happy to adjust, I just added 50m to the 100m I was told by original owner) to repay the debt

Or;

2) I will offer Runestake a free 15 day sponsorship in our current server (which is bigger & more established than it was when they would have had their sponsorship a few years ago)

Although it very much looks like there are two sides to this story, I don't want there to be any animosity between Runestake, Sythe or EasyGP - so I would rather just pay them and move on with it, if possible.

Again, I would like to apologise for this situation & also for the ban evasion. It was not intentional on our behalf and we certainly have no intentions of breaking Sythe rules.
We recently became Donators here (which I am also looking to increase) & this only came to light when we went to purchase Miniranks - these are all things we simply wouldn't do if we knew there was an issue between us & Sythe, as it would obviously be wasted money.
On behalf of our Server, both past & present, I am truly sorry for the confusions & want to make things right going forward.

 

We have investigated further and also spoke to Runestake directly.
It looks like the amount owed was 307m, which we have offered to Runestake to pay immediately (we are just awaiting a response when an Owner is available to trade).

After further discussion with Runestake, we have agreed to pay the original value of the 307m at the time ($117 USD), despite the agreed value of the sponsorship being in gp.
We have confirmed with Runestake that they are comfortable that this clears any debt owed to them (screenshots below).

I am confident that this is now sorted & paid, so that nobody is out of pocket from the situation that arose previously. We are committed to ensuring that this is the case, so if there is still any issue then please provide us the feedback & we will look into it.

Again, I would like to take the time to personally apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused. We are truly sorry. We are also committed to being a trusted member of the Sythe community ongoing, if permitted. Thank you for your consideration

Please keep us informed of the outcome, but Fox from Runestake should be able to verify all debts are paid.

We would like to take this opportunity to reiterate that across both owners of the Server (past & present) & the thousands of trades that we have conducted over the years - we have never once had a customer complaint about scamming, inadequate trading practices, or anything else besides customer satisfaction. For many years, we have been committed to ensuring our customers have safe trading methods & that they are satisfied with our customer service.

In this instance, I understand there was a dispute which had two sides to it & was never properly resolved with Sythe mediation. This is incredibly unfortunate & regrettable. For that, I am truly sorry. EliteGP should have sought the counsel of Sythe Staff in determining the appropriate resolution for the dispute at the time that it happened. Whilst we can not take the actions of EliteGP back, we have indeed repaid their debts & ensured that Runestake were happy (even when they said they couldn't care less to collect the money). We understand that according to Sythe rules, an accusation of "scamming" must come with proof, which was never provided.

Throughout this process, we have also recognised the need for transparency & we will not be referring to previous vouches in any of our Sythe content, so as to not create confusion. I understand it is Sythe rules to only refer to vouches on this Sythe account, which is what we will do moving forward, if permitted to return to the platform.

I would like to apologise to Sythe staff for the time taken to resolve this & to Runestake for the confusion. We are truly sorry & hope that you look upon our commitment to this community favourably.
