Redo Staff

Just a suggestion, I say ya'll; sythe, demote everyone on sythe and start out with mods and admins that you think have done the best, we have a bunch of inactive mods, abusive mods, and gay admins. No pun intended

 

Oh yes. Start completely over. That would be so much better.

I have to say the Admins are doing fine and mods are doing fine as well it's not broken so like Ferens sig says no need to fix it.

 

No support. Our mods and admins have been chosen because they fit the part. If any of them were inactive or abusive, they would probably be demoted anyway. As for the "gay" remark, I'm thinking you could have found a better term for what you meant, unless you meant homosexual, in which case, I don't think Finn's or any other admin's/mod's sexuality matters as far as demoting goes.

 

I don't see the problem with a homosexual admin, Finn is a nice guy and his sexuality has nothing to do with his work. As for all your other remarks I think they're all ridiculous, the mods assigned at the moment are all doing the best they can, what more can you ask from someone who is volunteering their time?

If you don't like it here then leave no one is forcing you to stay here and dwell over your own stupidity.

Most, if not all mods do a great job even if there is a bad decision every now and then. Everyone's human and we all make mistakes. No one is forcing you to use Sythe. If you don't like every staff member, leave.

Stupid idea. Let's just demote all of the staff when maybe one or two are cockasses who shouldn't be mods. I'm not going to lie, all of the staff shouldn't be staff, but that's beyond the point and beyond all of our control.

The fact is, they were modded for some reason or another. Mostly because they are active, helpful people with a level head. Granted, some are not.

I see this thread as a (very pathetic) attempt to get a staff position.

 

This suggestion is stupid for obvious reasons (The staff is updated constantly, there are no in-active mods).
