    Hardest? The hardest 99 would be prayer, or smithing.

    i suggest you do the theving guild quest and do the fat man i heard he gets up to 90k xp a hour no need for regen bracelet as he hits 1s

    U can get like 90m+ from 1-99 so i WOULD DEFINATELY DO IT

    Pyramid Plunder is an excellent way to achieve 99 thieving quick. It does, however, take a bit of questing and there is a small chance of death. Must have 21 thieving. I didn't make very much money, but it is good experience.

    Yeah definitely get the bracelet helps quite a bit. Really useful in PP since you take a lot of damage in the last room.
