itouch?

Selling my ipod video , was looking on getting the itouch, is it worth it?

For me personally, it definitely was. Look at all those features, Music, video, photos, 225 thousand applications on the app store, wifi, bluetooth and the list is endless. For $200 you can't go wrong!

(P.S Jailbreaking is also a lovely addition.)

 

Why do you need to jailbreak? (newbie question, apologies.)

 

You don't need a jailbreak, I just showed my opinion of it, which is its great. You get to customize your iPod much more.

 

But remember - you also get to slow it down a bunch. On the iPad it's not a problem. My iPod touch has been indispensable to me ever since I bought it. One tip - wait a couple weeks to buy it, a new one is coming out soon.

 

I had my Itouch for over a year now and it's essential to my life lol.
I recently had it jailbroken since the warranty ran out
The new features provided by the jailbreak is awesome...
I would recommend you get it

 

You should wait until the new iPod touch 4g arrives around the beginning of next month.

4g relating to the network carrier which at this point and time no carrier has a 4g network, unless you consider Sprint, but thats only a 3g network enhanced.

 

I'm pretty sure he meant 4g = 4th gen.

I have the old school 1st gen and I can't live without it. It's possibly one of the best investments I've made.

 

Eh maybe.. if not its not like a HUGE deal or anything it just really really bothers me because of the misconception from calls I receive at work >.< but its cool no negative meaning in my statement just a correction

 

If you're going to jailbreak it and you buy a new itouch don't update it or you can't do it.

If your Ipod is v 4.02 it cannot be jailbroken at the moment.
