Killing Jad and Waves

I've never gotten past like wave 10, and I always wondered how to do it. Obviously I'd love to get a fire cape, but I don't want to pay someone $10 to do it for me. I'm looking for tips, guides, gear required.. Etc.

What're your stats/money budget?

 

Money budget would be 10m. My stats are 69 Ranged, 71 Defence, 78 Constitution, 82 Attack, 77 Strength.
