Pay-pal fuck up?

Hi there,
I have 2 pay-pal account got close cause paypal believe my account has a potential risk of chargeback.Well for the first account i had,a buyer chargeback on me so i can understand them closing that account.

But guess what ? i set up another pay-pal account and start to accept payment for my items while in the process of verifying the bank account.Shortly after that i gt limited even when my bank account is verified.

So i send email to pay-pal and they told me they close my account cause of potential of charge back by buyers.WTF is this seriously? I had no chargeback on my 2nd account and all i did was accept paypal gift with note payment.

So my question to you guys is after i set up my 3th account and verify the bank account and accept gift with note payment,would i still stand a chance of pay-pal fucking with me? Does sending by gift consider a risk by pay-pal?

If you keep making more paypal accounts you will keep getting limited.

Change your IP, use a new computer or laptop, and verify a new bank account, you should be fine.

 

So pay-pal will check every account that register with them using ip checks?

 

Yep, change your IP, they also can check the computer your using to make accounts, so you need to change your computer too, and only use paypal from the new computer

 

If i register new account using a new ip for example in sch and using fren laptop to make. Would i stand a chance to get close again if i access the account at hm? For example logging in to accept payment?

 

You shouldn't be limited - but only use that laptop to log in, also verify your credit card and bank account before you make any payments out or accept any payments, do NOT accept payments while you're unverified or waiting for bank account

 

It's the same with me and moneybookers, I can't sign up for a new account.

 

Provide Moneybookers copies of your passport, and bank statements, and you're first account should be fine.

Pay-pal really tends to close people account without checking it out or giving lame excuses. Why won't people use moneybooker? It seem safer with no chargeback ( i heard ).

 

Correct, but if you are from the USA, you can not use moneybookers to send other people money, the majority of sythe users are from the USA, therefore cannot use moneybookers.
