BTW. You sent me $50 today without me even knowing about it / agreeing to any deals... Nowhere did I agree to install the script for you today for those $50, so please, stop.

If that's how business works can I randomly send you $100 and then request a blowjob? Be serious for a second...

 

Please check 2 imgur screenshots I posted. He agreed to drop the dispute if i refunded him $50 he randomly sent me today.
I cant install the script today because i took another project and even if he paid me $2000 I couldn't install it today.

Before all this mess occured I told him id install during the weekened, but he made this dispute and it was pretty obvious the "installation during weekend" deal was off (especially because he asked for a $50 refund, which meant he'd have to pay those $50 again if he wanted the installation to be done), so I took another project.

What I can do is install it for him once I'm free and once he pays me and once this dispute is closed since its a scam report and Ive proven over 10 times I haven't scammed him. I haven't sold stolen code. I haven't done anything malicious.

 

The deal had 2 parts.
$200 for source code
$50 for installation.

He instantly asked for $50 refund meaning the deal was only for the source code.
Installation part was at my discretion.

To add to that, this scam report is not even about installation part. How can it be about installation if the supposed deal was "by the end of the weekend" and this guy opened the dispute on a SATURDAY 2PM.

This literally means I can order a service, instantly ask for a refund and then open a scam report on the seller and hold it open until he delivers the service. Do you see how ridiculous that is?

Whatever the case is, you're staff so you have the last word here. Im just stating how utterly ridiculous this system is.

 

He either took $50 from the installation part or he took $50 from the source code part.
In either case I'm being owed $50 if the installation part is going to go through.

Altho im not sure why I, as a seller, can't cancel the portion of the deal that I wasn't paid for. Nevermind that, Im not even gonna try to find logic in that.

I can do the installation part when I have enough free time + when he pays me $50 or puts the $50 on a middleman.
In NO case will I do any work for this person before the funds are secure.
Keep in mind $50 is a friendly price, original price was $150. So WHY do I have to give him such a huge discount to someone who slandered me for whole 2 days on here?

He asked for a refund and then said he would pay it back during the weekend. I had no problem with that.

I have a problem with the fact he opened this scam report before the weekend was even over + He deliberately lied to try to get me banned and you as staff chose to ignore all of his lies in this report. Then he even had the face to try to blackmail me into installing it for him + giving him free consultations if I didn't want to get banned.

As I said, I will do the installation when I have free time. He got $50 refund (even if he said it was from the installation part he deleted that discord message long time ago and im not a child to take screenshots just in case.) and I'm not obligated to follow any made up deadlines. If he didn't ask for a refund he would have his website by now.

Him making a fake dispute should get him banned but I guess that's not how this site works. Nevermind that, I will honor your decision and install the script for him but not within 24h, not within 7 days, not within 69 Saturn rotations but when I have the free time.

I can't void this agreement because I have a reasonable doubt he won't delete the said files from his pc. I base my doubt on the fact he lied on this very report in hopes to get me banned + he lied to me in discord over 20 times.
