My friend who previously owned the account said the name was hacked from him. Quite fishy that the OP claims to not know anything, and that he "managed" to snag it, yet afterwords admits that he somewhat knowingly scammed the name from someone. The fact that his MSN and sythe account are also catered to the selling of this name leads to me believe he has not only scammed the account, but that he is a likely vader as well.

 

There isn't really any proof to backup your "friend" story. If he simply got it from the namechange thing, then I don't see how he scammed.
