Looked over guide, it's well written, but not verifyable. I can't confirm that you will always get better loot, nor do I have the time to go through all of the guide and test it on my own accounts.
But I will say, it's detailed and goes into depth and includes good methods on gaining such potential.
Please note:
#2 Reading it, it looks like it would work, not sure. I don't really play much Runescape.
#3 is common sense and can be found free.. Just like throwing a knife with a Wizard Top G in invy etc.
#4 can be found on youtube and other places for free.

And theirs somethings on the guide that cant be found on youtube, nor online like the glitch for getting a new targ.

 

No, it's like unbanning guides, they can't be verified. Not IMO anyway, contact another verifier.

And yes, that glitch ahs been around for ages and it can be found for free.

They designed it like that? Elaborate. Howcome when you log out for 10 minutes right after you get a target your target potential doesn't stay full then?
