cellphone store/ surfpin question.

hey guys,

im going to an apple store tomorrow where they have the new iphones and i know there is a number that you can text/call to get a surfpin and use it for your membership account? pleases provide that number and what to do please.

 

Not sure if it the texting part works anymore..

You used to be able to text their number and say "yes" and you get your pin.
But now you have to enter your number onto the RS site and they'll text you back. So you'd have to know the number(s) of the phone(s) you'll be using.

But to get the pbp pin, call: 1-900-226-2324

for the pbp all i have to do is call or hwo does that work?

 

I'm pretty sure you call them and the operator will tell you the pin to enter.

I'm pretty sure they last for 6 months or something along the lines of that.

 

For the sms pin you don't need the number you texted from. Just type a random number.

 

Not sure if this still works... I tried last week and didn't get any reply from the text message. Good luck though.

 

You can just call, write down the pin in your own phone and hang up, use the pin on the RS website and when they ask what number you called from make it up.

I've done this many times from our school phone in the staff's office >.<
