How many hours a day can I bot this semi-safely?

Obviously you are never totally safe with botting, but I'd like to know how many hours a day I can be botting this with some amount of safety.

I just hit 90 woodcutting yesterday. I would like my cape before school starts on August 24th, or at least get close as I can. How many hours a day can I be botting? Right now i'm botting 10-11 hours ish, getting between 650k and 800k exp a day, which is not quite enough to get me to 99 by the 24th.

 

You should be fine with 15 hours a day just talk every now and then.

 

I would say nothing over 14, and that's with reasonable breaks....

 

try around 15 like he said talk every once in a while and do like 20 mins of legit.

 

Like everyone else said, 15 hours with breaks is the limit. Make sure to babysit it.

 

Def would say 15 would be the max. Make sure you check up on the bot and possibly play some legit like people have been saying. Thatwould probably be the safest amount to play a day.

24 hours a day. It does not matter which hour you choose.

 

Id say 12 hours and disable break handler but unless your sleeping go in and just do something random every few hours.

 

I would say 10-12 hours, with breaks every 3 hours or so.

It depends all on your regular playing time, playing 3 hours a day and then all of a sudden doing 24/7 play time is suspicious, i say start low, maybe 5 hours, then progress until you feel comfortable enough to not care about the concept of being banned and just suicide every account you have :]

 

Yeah I misclicked the subforum, I reported the topic and asked for it to be moved after I posted it.

What are the bans like for wc? Is it for certain I'll only get 14 days, or are they still permbanning like crazy?

I've been botting 10-12 hours for the past three weeks (first with fishing, now with wc) with a couple breaks in between. I'll go ahead and escalate it to 15.

 

People say 10-12 hours a day but to be safe I only do 8 hours.

I try to babysit my bots sometime, and talk and mix things up.

You can never be too safe in my mind. GL on not getting the banhammer.

 

i botted 99 cooking without breaks and i run it like 5-6 hours at a time, but then a few times i ran it for 15 hours without breaks. its kinda tha luck of the draw. try mixing it up everynow and then like i would go to the ge and buy fish and then buy random other stuff too. just to throw off the detection system.

There is NO botting safely. Being banned is all bad luck. I ran my bot for over 9 days straight, and 24/7'd (minus updates) for 3 weeks. No ban. While my friends have botted for an hour and have been banned. All of it is luck, whether you get reported, and if your bot makes stupid mistakes.

 

Id say no more than 8 hours a day and that is with good break times, occasional 1 hour long breaks... Ive done this with many accounts(never woodcutting) but never received a blackmark, so take that as you will. Oh and i also dont use free bots.

 

Everyone wants to know how to bot safely... There is no way. BUT, you can do this.

1. Bot at daylight time for your time zone (eg. 7 am- 9 pm eastern)
2. Manually stop the bot at around Lunch time to make it look like you are eating
3. Do a quest or two whenever you can.
4. Be in a CC such as Green098, Zezima, etc while botting.
5. Don't 24/7 if you care about the account.

- How many hours can a human play for without becoming tired or whatever?

Like tmoe said, no botting is safe, It's all luck. I'd recommend no more than 15 hours a day.

 

around 24 hours a day is a good amount, you dont wanna do too much. But you also wanna maximize your time
