    Pain in wrists.

Okay when I got home last night my wrist started hurting out of nowhere. It was like when I twist it I feel the pain. But now it just hurts whenever I move it. I can't describe the pain, it just feels wierd when I twist it around. I don't remember doing anything that would cause this. Also the pain isn't that bad just hurts that I try not to move it alot.

I do Muay Thai and Boxing and I don't wear wraps which is supposed to protect your wrists. But I doubt thats why because last time I went was two days ago. Or it could be building off.

Also 3 years ago I broke the same wrist. I had bad insurance too, so they put a huge screw through my wrist ( when you feel your wrist and it feels like a hole that's where it was placed)and put a cast over it.

I hope nothing happened my dad will kill me.

    Pain in wrists.

    Most likely a mild sprain.

    Pain in wrists.

I do boxing and my knuckles generally feel it more than my wrists, but none the less it would be recommended to wear wraps or supports of some sort.

Your wrists also could be hurting from any repetitive strain, e.g Playing guitar with few breaks, being on the computer too much, basically anything thats causing stress on that particular area and your doing a lot of it.

    Pain in wrists.

It kinda sounds like a mild-compound fracture.

    Pain in wrists.

Can you squeeze any object with force? If not, it's almost certainly a fracture.
With luck though, it'll only be muscle sprain or something along those lines.

Also, if you're still growing it could be an issue with the speed of bone/muscle growth.

    Lol'd

I having nothing else to say on this issue, for I do not know how this could be caused.

but fapping does make sense lol.

The title does read "pain in wrists." wrists being plural meaning both, and for all we know you could be a switch hitter. =p

    Pain in wrists.

Why would your dad kill you? You injured yourself, doing your mui tai or whatever. I'm sure he'll understand. But I guess you've learned that you need to wrap your wrists bro.

See, its like sex, you don't wrap your cock, you get a kid. You didn't wrap your wrists now suffer the consequences.

    Pain in wrists.

Why are you complaining then? You only need your fap hand. Everything else is moot.

I'd say talk to a school nurse or something about it, your unique situation requires medical attention.

    Pain in wrists.

    It's was my right hand.

My dad is strict about training that's why he would kill me.

I still did training and it didn't kill as much and it's fine now.

    Thanks.
