Disappointed with Dispute Forum

I am really disappointed with how the mods are not taking an interest to even take a look at some of the disputes, theres currently 3 pages of disputes, some are really old. Mods need to get off their ass and clean up, this is really starting to irritate me. Some of the disputes are silly and can be resolved in less than 30 seconds, but mods are to busy being cock knockers(w00t nightmarerh).

You ban evade to rag, then you want them to read your dispute? Odd. Why should they read yours when you're evading as is?

 

Do you realize that they have lives? They all don't have hours to spend going though disputes. I think most of them do their job wonderful. There are just one or two that seem to lack the "activity" part.

 

What can you expect from volunteers.

Same thing goes for when you sleep in school sometimes.

Why? Because you're basically a volunteer at school, so you don't have to take part in everything all the time.

Well then they need to demote mods with a "life" and hire mods that don't a "life".

 

Thank you for your polite answer , Your completely right, but, maybe Sythe should actually hire mods and pay them to motivate them to do their job? I've seen forums where they pay mods, and by looking around, it seems theres enough donations for this to not be a problem. Just a suggestion, i dunno =/
