Um, i put all information in there, it's been locked for 2 months i think now. Its my 116 main with 1800+ total so i'd like it back , i'm just going to keep appealing. I mean, it took jagex 4 months to just check on my appeal for website advertising which was a false offense, and still got banned for it. On Another account.

Well if you are indeed the original owner and haven't moved it should be Accepted with your IP alone. But Make sure you put in anything you can think of! And if you forgot when you created the account put this in the bottom box:

"I honestly can't remember when I created this account, I had it written down but lost it when I was intoxicated"

^^ I'm telling you my account kept getting declined for creation details and when I wrote that it was accepted!

 

I have a level 4 with multiple easter eggs that is locked because I hadn't been on it for YEARS then logged on from my IP after I moved.
