Who cares if a banned member runs the chat?.. It isn't Sythe, it's off Sythe. Full of Porn? This is in every Tinychat you will go to.

It doesn't bother me, or anyone else(that I know of) that gearheart is being advertised on top of the forum. I simply don't like how we can't say tinychat.com/sytheofficial. I can't make a thread saying gogogo tinychat.com/sytheofficial, or I'll be infracted.. That seems unjust and unreasonable and sounds like some people are power hungry >.>.. You can advertise yours, but we can't advertise ours? It's simple IMO, if you don't like who is running the TC then don't go to it.

It isn't part of Sythe and shouldn't be regulated as if it were.

Totally agree. I feel that you should still be able to advertise the old one. Just because there now a new one doesn't mean that the old one can't be advertised because it's ran by a banned user.

It's not advertising anything that benefits you in a way that takes away from the community or is in any way bad, and if someone doesn't like the environment in the chat, all they have to do is close the tab.

I don't think it's a big deal, and people should be allowed to do as they please with it - we are allowed to post IRC's, aren't we? Tinychat is just a cleaner, easier form of this, essentially.

Sorry guys, agreed. this is complete bullshit and abuse of power. I personally dont even use the original one, but I still dont think that abusing staff power to the point of infracting discussions about the old one is fair.

Edit: the reason i am attacking tyro for it is because its his TC. like how the other tc channel is Syed since hes owner its not alowed.

I will say that this will be the most ludacris decision and blatant abuse of power I have seen on Sythe thus far. /respect for Tyro and his associates for attempting to manipulate and use fear tactics to get people into his TC.

 

Last time I checked Sythe wasn't a Fascist state, agreed.

 

I agree even though I did want to see a new one since the old one is a cesspool of crap now.

 

On top of all of that, Syed doesn't run the tinychat anymore. Darkgroove and Heavenlord do, and they aren't banned members.
