how to use mta?

i trying to use the mta free trail from rid atm... and im doing everyhting... i log in, useing my rid username and password. choose 25 pizzzaz to test it, have all the runes for enchantment, and click start. the interface closes, like completely goes away. and nothing happeneds. thhe mouse dosent move. i have i it on minumus safe mode, fixed. and still nothing. this is the 4 hour free trail by the way. any help is appreciated.
