    I'm going to sum up this case:
    1. The seller, in this case, @aill, sold 2B OSRS gold to the buyer, @Chicks. However, when the payment was supposed to be sent, the seller informed the buyer that they would not be able to send it right away because they didn't have the BTC (Bitcoin) (see here).
    2. The customer asked how long the payment would take, and Chicks' staff replied that it would most likely take 1 or 2 hours (see here). However, when the customer checked back with Chicks 5 hours later, they were informed that their payment was second in the queue.
    3. Feeling frustrated, the customer requested the gold back, but Chicks' staff informed them that they would have to wait until they acquired the gold at the same price. This delay is unacceptable on their end.
    4. Despite the customer's multiple requests for the gold to be returned, Chicks' staff ignored them and proceeded to send the payment anyway.
    This is quite unacceptable, as the customer requested his gold back multiple times but was ignored and forced to accept payment. The only reason he wanted the gold back was because Chicks' staff delayed the payment without informing the customer at first contact. Additionally, they provided a time frame that was not met.

    @Chicks please take the payment back from the buyer (this would be priced at BTC amount and not USD, the transaction fee would be on chicks.) and return him the gold which he requested multiple times back.

    When the customer inquired about the timeframe of the payment, I suggested that it might take approximately 1 or 2 hours. However, I had initially provided a rough estimate of a few hours. The phrase "a few hours" is flexible in terms of time and could mean anything from 1-2 hours to possibly 10. My use of the term 'probably' did not guarantee that it would definitively be a 1-2 hour timeframe. Therefore, given these factors, the payment was in fact made within the originally stated timeframe. Regardless, we acknowledge the potential for misunderstanding and as a gesture of goodwill, we remain open to offering compensation. This is to ensure the continued positive relationship we have with our valued customer.

    We are willing to provide $20 now and better rate for future sales as compensation if customer agrees. If not we can just take the btc back and trade the gp

    If we agreed to pay $45 compensation due to a delay in payment of more than 10 hours

    Or you return the gold to me and you take bitcoins, not dollars
