request for the removal of 2FA

hi guys, my old sythe account I can't access due to no longer having the phone with 2fa or 2fa recovery phrase

• email address linked to sythe is [Redacted] was an old email I may have used to create account though, one of the 2
• Skype used in the past would be ovaryacting1

if I could find out when the account was created I would be able to tell you the address I lived at when I made the account from also


yes my birthday if its the same will be on my license and so will my name that is my registered email address, I just can't seem to upload it, I have it with me its saying the uploaded file does not have an allowed extension.
