    Waking up sick everyday.

I've been waking up sick everyday for about a month now. Everyday I wake up, I have a runny nose, and my nose has pressure in it and the top back of my mouth, the soft part right after you feel the bone or the hard part in on the top of the mouth, it hurts whenever I do a certain thing, like sucking my nose in to keep the snot from dripping out or sneezing in the usual way people would sneeze. During the middle of the day, I usually feel a little better sometimes, but it's not that serious, just really annoying. I want to see a doctor, but I hate scheduling an appointment sometimes, because it's annoying. So can anyone out there suggest that I do something? I sleep in my basement, and my parents say that there's moisture in the air, but I don't really think that matters a whole lot, I put on a blanket usually.

    Air humidifier? Try one, maybe.

If you have been taking over-the-counter medicines and such and it still fails to succeed, then you should most likely see a doctor...

    It could just be blockage.

For the longest time, I had what felt like mucus in the back of my throat. I went to the doctor and they sucked it right out.

I highly suggest you set up an appointment.

I have a de-humidifier, but I stopped using that after a while, because it doesn't seem to be the problem.

I wouldn't say it's mucus in the back of my throat, it's in my nose, and there's pressure in it, whenever I stick my finger in for example, it's like a vacuum sucking it in, and it feels like a pop when you bring it back out. Also, the mucus is in my nose.

    Waking up sick everyday.

Oprah introduced one of these things on her show. I have not personally tried one, but a few of my friends that have said it worked great and cleared out everything!

Well, Google 'Neti Pot' because I don't want to get banned for advertising.

I just looked it up, can't I use something just like a Neti Pot?

Alright thanks, I'll try and schedule an appointment, and see if it'll work.

I have the same issue. It comes and goes - I was told it was because of my allergies. Take claritin or something before you sleep and you should be fine. :D

Yeah, I don't want to be taking that everyday. I'll give it a try though, my parents give me some Chinese Medicine, and it's known to be very good for colds and stuffy nose, et cetera, and it's not working out with that either.

I mean it's not that bad, it just gets annoying, it's not like a fever or anything. I've tried de-humidifier, and on the side of my lip is dry, so I don't think there's much moisture in the air.

you said you live in a basement. It could be mold/fungus that is starting to cause an infection.

Honestly though you haven't given us enough information to really get a full grasp on it, let alone a physical examination.

I say you see a doctor. Stop your bitching about it's annoying to go see one. It's annoying to be sick. So your pretty much just being stupid imo. Suck it up dail 9 numbers and tell them your sick and go to the hospital. They'll help make you feel better, give you a real diagnoses, and your "annoying" sickness will be gone.

    It's magic/

    Waking up sick everyday.

The reason why it's annoying to see a Doctor is because it usually takes three hours to see one, sometimes even I schedule an appointment, I'm in the waiting room for hours. Also, another reason why it's annoying is because it just bothers me a lot when I wake up, it only lasts for a few hours. I'm planning to see a doctor, but I hate waiting three hours with nothing to do. I remember when I went to see a doctor, I was waiting for hours and hours, I was about to leave due to waiting too long, and then the nurse calls me.

But anyways, I'm planning to see one soon. I'm also looking for suggestions to heal me.

I'd recommend checking the basement for mold and use your de-humidifier down there for a bit. Perhaps using one of those nostril sniffy things. I forgot the name of them, but you squirt them up your nose and the stuff inside the water makes your sinuses clear.

Perhaps try and move out of the basement if it is damp often. You might not be able to fap anymore, but still, it's good to take health before fapping.

I can fap upstairs too... My brother currently has the room I'm supposed to be in, since he moved back in, I tried sleeping in the same room with my father across the room, but he snores as loud as four GTX 480's on 100% fan speed. I have to wait 3-4 more days until he moves out, hopefully, then I'll decide if it's the basement making me sick or not. Besides, I spend 90% of my day in the basement anyways. Also the de-humidifier is about times fifty of my father's snoring, the sound I mean.

    Waking up sick everyday.

I have been waking up with a hacking cough every morning as well as a congested nose. Although I think this could be related to not getting a good night sleep and staying up till 4 am every night. I also spoke a ridiculous amount of marijuana.

I have a sleeping problem too, I go take a nap as early as 8:00PM, and wake up at 12:00AM(midnight), and I can't fall asleep the whole night, then later at like 2:00PM, I take a nap again, then goes back and fourth. Also, you made a typo, I believe you meant to say smoke other than spoke.

I hate books, I can never understand them, I read one part, then I read the next part, I forgot about the last part. I can read forums and stuff off the internet, just not books.
