so recently my friend gave me a lvl 80 5.8k gs priest, it was realm xferred, but it never finished, so i have to call blizz...
do i have to call britains or can i call americas acc and blilling? i need help someone post plz.. i cant call eu but i can call america

My friend gave me a EU wow account, IT HAS A LEVEL 80 TROLL PRIEST THAT HE TRIED TO TANSFER TO A DIFFERENT REALM, IT SAYS THAT THE INFORMATION HAS NOT FULLY UPDATED ON MY RECENT TRASACTION I MOST LIKELY WILL HAVE TO CALL BLIZZARD, I AM CURRENTLY LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES, IM ASKING WHICH DEPARTMENT DO I HAVE TO CALL, THE ONE FOR THE EU OR THE ONE FOR AMERICA

IF ITS THE ONE FOR EU, I WOULD NEED SOMEONE TO CALL FOR ME BECAUSE MY PHONE WONT MAKE THE CALL GO THROUGH

 

you can call the us number, you just have to mention to them that your account is eu. It is the same system they use to check the information.

although be prepared that you may be on hold for a while, everytime i have to call, its been a 45 minute wait or more.

Why mention the priest's gearscore...what does that have to do with anything

 

You can edit some file which will allow you to play on EU servers, Just google it.

Just call the US number and ask to be put through to EU, that's what I did while on holiday in the US and my account was hacked.
